Not Included:
  1. Main Power supply (feeder line) from main panel board to outdoor service breaker.
  2. Civil works, carpentry and masonry and chipping works to embed to refrigerant pipe and drain line.
  3. Main PVC Drain line / Stab-out.
  4. Fabrication of special outdoor unit support bracket and deflector duct if needed.
  5. Relocation of unit if the client decides to change the location of installed unit.
  6. Restoration of affected area after chipping works.
  7. As Built Mechanical Plan and any kind of permits, bonds and insurance as may be required by the above scope.
  8. Any other works not mentioned.
  9. Client provide us a temporary stock room, free of charge for water and electricity.
Scope of Work:
  1. Site Inspection and Preparation — To ensure proper placement, safety, and efficient system operation.
    • Inspect installation area.
    • Measure space and determine the best location for indoor and outdoor units.
    • Prepare mounting surfaces and electrical supply.
  2. Installation of Indoor Unit (Evaporator) — To allow proper air distribution and prevent vibration or water leakage.
    • Mount the indoor unit on the wall or ceiling bracket.
    • Ensure the unit is level and securely fixed.
  3. Installation of Outdoor Unit (Condenser) — To allow proper heat dissipation and protect the unit from damage.
    • Install the condenser unit on a concrete pad, bracket, or stand.
    • Ensure proper spacing for ventilation.
  4. Refrigerant Piping Installation — To allow refrigerant to circulate efficiently while preventing energy loss.
    • Install copper pipes connecting indoor and outdoor units.
    • Apply rubber insulation to the pipes.
  5. Drainage System Installation — To remove condensed water and prevent leaks inside the room.
    • Install drain hose or pipe from the indoor unit.
    • Ensure proper slope for water discharge.
  6. Electrical Wiring Connection — To provide safe and reliable power to the system.
    • Connect power supply and communication wiring between units.
    • Install circuit breaker and electrical protection.
  7. System Vacuuming — To prevent contamination and ensure proper refrigerant flow.
    • Use a vacuum pump to remove air and moisture from the refrigerant lines.
  8. Refrigerant Charging — To ensure proper cooling performance.
    • Charge the system with the correct refrigerant if required.
  9. System Testing and Commissioning — To confirm the air conditioning unit operates safely and efficiently.
    • Start the system and check temperature, pressure, and airflow.
    • Inspect for leaks, unusual noise, or electrical issues.
  10. Final Inspection and Handover — To ensure the system is ready for use and the client understands its operation.
    • Clean the installation area.
    • Provide operational instructions to the client.

Important Notes

AC system reprocessing is to clean, repair, and restore the air-conditioning system so it operates efficiently, safely, and with proper cooling performance.

Scope of Work:
  1. System Inspection — To identify problems before performing repairs. Prevent further damage to the system.
    • Check compressor, condenser, evaporator, piping, and electrical connections.
    • Inspect for leaks, corrosion, and damaged parts.
  2. Cleaning of Components — Improve airflow and heat transfer. Increase cooling efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
    • Clean evaporator coil, condenser coil, and air filters.
    • Remove dust, dirt, and debris.
  3. Refrigerant Recovery — Prevent refrigerant release to the environment. Prepare the system for repair or recharging.
    • Remove existing refrigerant from the system using recovery equipment.
  4. Leak Testing and Repair — Prevent refrigerant loss. Maintain proper cooling performance.
    • Pressure test the system with nitrogen.
    • Locate and repair leaks in pipes or joints.
  5. System Flushing (if necessary) — Remove contaminants, burnt oil, or moisture inside the system.
    • Flush the pipes and components with a cleaning agent.
  6. System Vacuuming — Prevent acid formation and freezing. Ensure proper refrigerant circulation.
    • Use a vacuum pump to remove air and moisture from the system.
  7. Refrigerant Charging — Restore proper cooling capacity.
    • Recharge the system with the correct type and amount of refrigerant using refrigerant digital charging scale.
  8. System Testing and Commissioning — Confirm the system operates safely and efficiently.
    • Test Run the AC system and check pressure, temperature, and airflow.

TECHNICIAN REPORT REQUIRED BEFORE QUOTATION

Repair fees can only be quoted after a technician troubleshoots the problem on-site. Parts and materials are charged separately at market price.
